Appointments for beauty services can be booked through Booksy or by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or email.

5. Shipping & Order Cancellations

Orders are processed for next-day shipping, therefore:
Cancellations must be made within 5 hours of placing an order by sending an email to: info@studiomiracleworld.co.uk.
After this period, the order is considered confirmed and ready for dispatch.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with purchased products, as well as any return shipping costs, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.

Physical products must be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Before returning an item, you must take clear photos of the box and/or the bottle/jar showing that the product is unopened and unused, and send them to us via email.
